The SeaMap is an interactive tool that visualises the current status of projects and activities within a work environment. Through its visual qualities, the SeaMap offers an accessible way to navigate through different projects, competences, and skills. The tool aims to boost new collaborations by allowing co-workers to engage in each other’s work more easily.
Reflection
This project allowed me to engage with many different aspects of engaging in a professional environment like RISE. From facilitating workshops to budget planning, writing concept proposals for funding to the design and execution phase (in collaboration with colleagues) itself. It has been a rich experience in developing myself professionally and engage with all aspects that are necessary to develop such a project outside a university context.
